Just for Kids: Autism

 This exciting new resource will help the child with autism function successfully in the classroom in addition to promoting receptive, expressive and social language development with the engaging lessons inside. Each unit targets a specific language concept using a common fairy tale as the theme. Within each unit there are theme-related activities, including mirror work to improve eye contact, naming pictures to improve naming skills, game time to improve turn-taking and social skills, rebus story to improve reading and comprehension skills, worksheet practice to improve independent work skills and a craft activity to improve interaction and problem solving. Just for Kids also includes a family letter, IEP goals, tracking chart, sequenced picture schedule, and also classroom management guidelines.
